What’s wrong with my battery?

I have a 2023 TAB 320S. The battery needed charging and I took it to Interstate Batteries. I picked it up yesterday- I saw them check it and 12.6v was showing on there screen. Today I hooked it up in my camper and went inside to turn on the lights? Nothing was working with the battery. I know it’s connected correctly- the white wires to the negative terminal and green to the positive. It was suggested I check the fuses. I pulled them out and looked at them and they looked fine to me. I’m not sure what’s a blown fuse looks like. Any suggestions? Here is a pic of how I connected everything.

Hold the fuses up to the light.  There is a metal band that goes from one "ear" of the fuse to the other.  If that metal band is broken in the middle (and it will be discolored) that fuse is blown and should be replaced.

The other place to look for batteries not working is inside the WFCO converter inside the trailer.  There is a "battery protection" fuse (for when a battery is wired incorrectly) and a "battery charging" fuse.  If either of them are blown, the battery also will not send 12V to the trailer.

The picture is a bit sideways...but also make sure your battery switch is in the "on" position.  You may have it off while checking the fuses, of course!

I notice in that picture, the green wires are not secure. The nut looks loose and needs to be tightened down to ensure proper connection.
