Troubleshooting Replacement One Way Valve City Water T@B 400 - 2019

After trouble shooting with nuCamp its been determined that we have a faulty one way valve at the city water intake. When the pump is running water comes out of the city water connection, and the problem can be remedied by putting a shut off valve on the city water connection.

We have an older 2019 T@B (2019) that has a separate box where you can fill up the freshwater tank or connect directly to city water, see photo. I have removed the water box from the side of the trailer, but I cannot figure out how to remove the old brass valve, and replace it with the new plastic part that nuCamp said was the part I required.

Does anyone know if you can remove and replace this brass one way valve?

Doing more research I have seen online that you can buy the whole box and components as one kit? And I am wondering if I was sent the one way valve part for the newer system?

Any help with this would be appreciated, thanks.

Yesterday I received new information from nuCamp, so I thought I would provide an update for anyone who may have this problem going forward. The part that nuCamp originally told me was the correct part, actually is only for the newer Nautilus system, surprisingly they do not stock the replacement part for older T@B's. I have ordered a replacement part from Amazon which should work, however as I suspected you do have to purchase the whole kit.  Since nuCamp made an error here I have requested they refund me the cost of the new part for the Nautilus system I ordered from my dealer.
