How to Safely Discharge Inverter Capacitors Using a Multimeter

I found this video quite informative as well as definitely a great hack using your multimeter if you want or need to discharge your inverter but keeping it simple.
The multimeter I have (only mine is by etekcity, but same model) has a great short video on how to use it.
