Bathroom Fan Option for older 400s

As noted by @qhumberd in the link below.  The basic model MaxxAir fan requires more ceiling thickness than is in the 400 bathroom.

I found that MaxxAir offers the Maxxfan Low Profile, that has the basic features of the base fan (4 speeds), but can be installed in 1" thick ceilings.  It's available at etrailer.com.

It tucked into the ceiling nicely.

    Thanks for finding that @Horigan, and I hope it helps others not get the wrong model. The bath fan in our older 400s was always loud and prone to breaking.

    BTW we love our slightly bulgy version of this fan and use it with the bathroom door propped for ventilation as it is so quiet.
