2023 T@B 400 Isotherm CL130EL Fridge Fan runs continuously

The fan, or a fan, connected to the Isotherm CL130EL 12/24 refrigerator in my T@B 400 is running constantly.  The only way to shut it off is to disconnect from all shore and battery power.  Turning the thermostat control to "0" and to the detent will shut off the compressor but, a fan is still running loudly.  I contacted Isotherm and they thought NuCamp my install additional fans for cooling and wire them into the fridge circuit and this fan is malfunctioning.  I have reached out to NuCamp and haven't heard back.  Any suggestions?
