Picked up our 2026 tab360 with lithium package last week- downloaded app, changed pin and renamed, can see usage screen and history but never any screen to actually manage the system. Deleted and re downloaded several times on several devices and same issue.

really frustrated. Any works of wisdom or advice.

If you tap on a connected device under the "Device List" you should be able to see detailed information for that device. 

Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing?

I was able to change the pin and name out camper but that is the screen that I get - never one for the multiplus

I'm a bit confused by what you're asking. It sounds like you have multiple Victron devices in your camper. The Victron Connect app should show each device that it "discovers" in the vicinity in the Device List. I assume that your screenshot is of the solar controller, which you've renamed "Boosbbcamper." 

When you go to back to the "Device List" screen, what does it show? Just Boosbbcamper? Does the list show no other Devices?

You are correct I do but all the tutorials and owners manual never mention that and that and we were only given one vin not all 3. 

Spoke to NuCamp tech today and all set. Easy peasy when given corrrct directions
