Does anyone know the function of the various wires and connections on the positive terminal of the battery?
1. The large red wire is the +DC power.
2. The small, squiggly red wire on the left likely provides a reference voltage for the Smart Shunt.
3. The small red wire connected to the +terminal (yellow crimp) in combination with the other red wire connected to the Heater Enable screw (blue crimp) and the black switch located in the bedside cubby, enable the battery internal heater to operate as needed.
4. FINALLY, MY QUESTION: What is the function of the larger gauge green and red wires and connectors????

I can't say for sure, but it looks very similar (and a like) to the way our 360CS was wired. I moved my battery and created the below wiring diagram, but it seems to match.
My battery had 4 connections on the positive terminal as you show in your 400.
1. The larger (4 AWG?) red wire goes to Gloso breaker and then onto the ON/OFF switch and then to the WFCO
2. The very small red wire with in line fuse goes to the victron shunt to power it.
3. The smaller red (10 AWG ) wire with no fuse most likely to the aux solar input (guessing you have one in the 400). The inline fuse for my aux solar is just down stream of the input plug near the Nautalis.
4. The green wire with the fuse goes to the on board victron solar panel solar controller. In our 360, they used a green jumper wire (as you have, wired in with WAGO connectors) with a built in line fuse to connect to the solar controller. They should use red, as it does make tracing lines a bit more confusing.
Can't say for sure..but everything seems to match.
