battery power shutting off when not in the sun T@B 400 2022

Hello, I'm having a problem with my battery power.  I keep the T@B under a carport.  Lately it has no power when I turn on the batteries or when I plug it in.  If I tow it somewhere it seems to reboot and stay on for a few days but the time it stays on keeps getting shorter.  It also instantly comes on when I pull it out into the sun and stays on until the sun goes down.  If the T@B is sitting powerless under the carport and I plug it into electricity, only the things like the TV, microwave and one outlet work.  These are the things that do not work when I am running off of batteries only.  When I restart the T@B by plugging it into the tow vehicle or pulling it out in the sun, the batteries still have the same charge in them from the last time.  They are not going down to zero percent.  I have 2 lion lithium batteries,  I have had these for about 15 months and this issue only started a couple months ago.  I have checked the fuses in the glosso and all the fuses in the main box a bunch of times.  Anyone have any idea what is going on?

    Sounds like the converter is not powering the 12V side. The batteries get only charged via solar or the tow vehicle. IIRC there is a breaker for the converter on the 120V side and a fuse on the 12V side. The breaker might need a off/on toggle to reset. 
    Are you monitoring the batteries directly via a Lion specific app or via a Victron shunt ? The latter might not be accurate if not configured correctly.

    Yes I have the Lion app and victron app.    Is this breaker and the fuse you mentioned on the converter its self?  I haven't been able to find any breakers except in the box with all of them near the floor.  Thanks for helping :)

    Ok I think I had the converter mixed up with the inverter.  The converter is the black box near the floor, yes I have switched those breakers back and forth and checked all those fuses several time.  Do you think I need a new converter all together?

    Possibly, but I'm always hesitant to condemn expensive parts like the converter before having checked everything else. The converter is actually a replaceable component at the bottom of the "black box" a.k.a. the power center. Any further troubleshooting would require exposing the 120V AC side and I'd venture that's not something you're comfortable with.
