Replaced OEM coupler with Demo EZ Latch Coupler

Looking to replace my OEM coupler with a Demco EZ Latch Coupler. I've good things about them from farmers/ranchers in the area. I have a 2018 T@B 320S. Before I start I want to make sure of a few things since having trouble picturing the installation and like to have things clear in mind before I start taking things apart. Mine has a top and bottom plate with bolts (6) between them thru the C channels of the frame. But unlike all the pics for other installations on here where the coupler is part of the the top plate mine isn't. It's attached to the bottom plate (it looks like the coupler channel is welded to the bottom plate) and the whole thing sits between the trailer C channels vs on top of them. There are also small stops that stick thru the each side of the C channel. Can't really get in there to see their purpose either. I'm the 2nd owner and the 1st owner bought it new and didn't make any modifications to anything so am sure it came that way from the factory. I already have the new coupler.  Maybe I'm just not picturing it right. Is it simple matter of moving my top plate to the bottom and aligning and drilling the holes (6) in the top of the new EZ latch coupler frame and just bolting everything together? If that is the case it's not a problem for me other than maybe having the adjust the drop of the new coupler since it will be higher. I've enclosed a few pictures of my OEM coupler and the new one. TIA.

I replaced my factory coupler with an articulating model years ago.  Simply support the tongue aft of the coupler with 16 x 16 x 8 cinder blocks, then remove the six bolts on the bottom that hold the coupler to the frame.  You can then compare the stock coupler to the new one.  Unfortunately, from what I can see, the new one may not fit.

Tabaz  I found a picture of the same type of OEM coupler I have from your lock n roll coupler installation you posted on here. It gives me a better view of what I actually have before I take things apart. Thanks.  I've never seen an A frame trailer coupler mounted like these early OEM ones. They look custom fabricated for NuCamp.

I'll bet they are custom to NuCamp. I had to take my new lock and roll articulating coupler and factory coupler to a local machine shop to have them fabricate a base plate that would fit the T@B, and then weld the new coupler to it.  Thankfully, they only charged me $85 for the total job. Good Luck!
