2015 css freshwater tank

I've learned that the freshwater tank dimensions are 36x20x4". I wonder if anyone knows if there is an access "patch" on the top side of the tank. I have not seen a schematic of the freshwater tank that might show this. Any help appreciated.

If you have been following my threads, I have an update: I found someone who will put a tap on the rear of the tank so that we can replumb it to the pump under the sink. This is progress.
