2021 Nucamp Tab 320 boondock purchase

I'm going to look at a 2021 Nucamp 320 Boondock today to possibly purchase. They are asking $12,500. Can you recommend any specifics I should be aware of to check out?

The 2021 is probably their best built 320 year.  It included the new 1 piece roof, from hitch to bumper, which cured all the major leaks associated with the 2 piece roofs on the 320's,  before then.  That being said, $12,500 is very, very, very cheap and you may want to do a good RV inspection yourself, or by hiring someone.  Most that year average about $21k, for reference.

I was thinking the same thing about the price. It is very low compared to others. There may be some issues mechanical or otherwise that should be investigated.

Thanks for your insights! I think having it inspected is a good idea.

A few months ago I looked at a 320 with a great price. Was told a quaint story about how they bought it from someone, etc. Camper looked to be in great shape but there were a few things off about the camper. Ran the VIN and it turns out the VIN had been cancelled. The camper had been stolen, trashed, condemned as a biohazard, and totaled. Turned out the guy that was selling it had purchased the camper at an auction for a very low price and had repaired it. My wife called it the rolling meth shed. My advice is run the VIN!
