Just over a year ago here:
"Different wheels and tires possible?" I pretty much raised this same question. Well, I've done more research on tire sizes and such, so it's time to ask a different question.
Based on a tire size comparison site I found, there's about a 1.5" diameter difference between my stock Jeep tires and the stock tires on the camper. So, if we were to get an adapter so we could put a 5x5 bolt pattern wheel on the 5x4.5 pattern camper hub, at least to get the camper either off the side of the road to a parking lot or tire shop, how dangerous would it be having that difference in the wheel sizes?
I suspect it wouldn't be really, really dangerous, after all, cars with donut spares do it all the time, but with the camper not having four wheels, would it try to "track" to the side with the stock wheel / tire as that's the lower side? Obviously, going slow would alleviate this, if so, I would expect.
Of course, the other question would be "how much do I trust the hub adapter."

Check the tire weight difference and check with Nucamp about it's stresses on the seriously lightweight frame. An adapter would likely cantilever the weight further out as well.
Pickup owners frequently oversize tires and have to pare back fenders for clearance. The plastic Tab fenders might be trimmable as well.
