No Hot water at outside shower

2021 400 boondock. There is zero water flow from the outdoor shower Hot faucet. Other faucets are OK (though from all other Hots, it's noticeably slower flow than cold). Things to check?

Weaker HW Flow rate:
- -  Possible the Mixing Valve "TMV" is clogged.
     If the yr-21 builds use the Alde TMV (red cap) that model includes a filter screen.

Odd failure mode for Outside Faucet:
- -  A broken faucet handle/valve would be my first guess.
     No HW because 'opening' handle is not opening the valve.

If it was the mixing valve, the sink hot water wouldn't work either.  My 2019 has shut off valves under the closet, or large frig in your trailer.  Make sure that's open, though unlikely that's the issue.  Next step is to remove the shower inset and confirm you're getting hot water to the hot water valve.  If so, the valve is bad or plugged.
