Airgap in Tab 400 at Nautilus box and outside wall into cabin. Suggestions on closing gap?

I have a 2024 Tab 400 boondock.  Notice on the pics below that the Nautilus box is not built as a full enclosure and where the wood frame around the bed leaves a gap to the body panel.  Its decent air gap that sits right at our heads.  I can't seem to get the top panel to position to close the gap and looking if anyone had suggestions on a good way to close up.  I can cut another piece and put in from bottom or thought about some flexible spray foam but like to see if any better ideas exist out there before addressing.  All feedback appreciated.

Thanks

    Perhaps some flexible weatherstripping?

Appears to be a manufacturing defect. Are other 400s have the same issue?

Terrible design on the 400 nautilus cubby. It should be one piece. I had to recaulk all the seams to make it water-tight.

Found some weather strip foam and filled the gap.  See how it holds up.
