No Heat coming from Alde 3020 system (May 2026)

I have a 2023 TAB S SS BD version, I’m the original owner, I was able to get heat in the past.  The heating system does not work when plugged into 30amp service.  Only when I put the system strictly on Propane do I get heat.  Late Fall of 2025 I had my system upgraded to 2-100 amp BattleBorn Batteries with a Victron  Multiplus 2000.  I winterized it last fall after all this got Installed. The 1st of April I de-winterized  the TAB went camping in the mountains and had some cold nights that needed heat!  I was plugged into 30amp service I had to switch the system to strictly Propane in the middle of the night.  Has anyone else had this issue or may know of a solution to getting this back up working on electric.⚡️ I was using an awful lot of propane to keep warm.  Even though I was plugged Into  30amp service!   Any thoughts 💭 or ideas 💡 you would like to share!
Thank-you

Two things come to mind: During the inverter install something was changed so the Alde system does not receive AC power anymore. Or, the breaker for the Alde system is tripped.

Confirming the 120VAC is available at the Alde is the first troubleshooting step.
The Adle Control Panel will display a power plug symbol if the 120VAC is available.

If no "E" symbol is present:
..1.. Is the Adle power cord plugged into the Alde compartment 120V outlet?
..2.. Are the 120VAC circuit breaks at your AC Distribution panel turned on?
    If Yes to '1' and '2' but still no  "E" symbol . . .
..3.. Is the Alde compartment outlet working, will a light or fan,etc work when plugged into that outlet?
