Tab400 not charging leisure battery when plugged into mains

I have a Tab 400 built in 2018 and owned it for 2 years everything has been great until my last trip .

When plugged into the mains the leisure battery doesn’t charge , if I connect the battery to an external charger it charges ok and seems to hold its charge until I start to use lights etc on the 12v system & the voltage level drops

I was worried on the way home today as I need to use my motor movers to get the caravan off the road up onto my driveway

As it happens there was enough to get it shifted into its parking spot

Any suggestions where to start with fault appreciated diagnosis would be appreciated

What is the country of origin for your TAB 400?

EU (original) TAB's are quite different from the nüCamp North America version.

Do you have any trailer wiring diagrams, descriptions of equipment, etc to aid nüCamp owners in assisting you.

There are T@b 400s made in Germany, obviously with many differences. Chassis made by Alko, surge brakes instead of electric and different electrical components for 230V operation. I did find a German language manual online and the converter and 12V fuse panel are one unit and the 230V breakers are separate from it. Functionally it's not different from US made trailers so I'd start with making sure the converter actually gets 230V power. With the battery disconnected and on shore power, do any of the 12V lights etc. work ? If not look at breakers and gfci (if present).
