After coming home from our first trip out with our new T@B Max S, I was cleaning it out and wanted to air out our mattress pad. I noticed it had a wet spot on the bottom of it, we store in behind the couch. I first thought it was condensation, since it was cold out. But after looking a little closer, I found out it was a glycol leak, the Alde expansion tank behind the rear panel was leaking, one of the hose fittings was cracked and had leaked out over half of the glycol. I called the dealer where we bought the T@B from, they were helpful, but stated they are not able to work on the Alde system and that I would need to contact LG. I called LG and spoke with Ed, he was very helpful and offered to send me out a new expansion tank and a gallon of glycol. I received the items yesterday and got them installed, everything is working with no leaks. Customer service like this is very rare today, I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!!
