Lightly used, excellent condition. This is a very functional, very cozy awning. The sides can be open if the weather’s nice or closed if it’s a little less hospitable, and I can verify that it’s completely waterproof. There’s a learning curve for setting it up, but once you’ve done it a few times, it’s pretty easy. Fits the 400 regular and the 400 Boondock and, according to the website, it also fits the 360 and 360CS. Includes a duffle bag, stakes, and a pump. I’d prefer a local sale (Erie, Colorado), but I’ll consider shipping. Contact me by private message via the forum.

The current retailer cost is $924 (All Pro Adventures). I paid $800 a couple years ago. I’m letting it go for $200, firm.
