Leaking cassette toilet in 2025 Tab320S

Hello all,

My Tab is just over a year old and I have had no problems but on my last trip, I noticed a small leak when I have the cassette out and vertical and taking it to dump it. Please see the attached pictures. I am not sure what that hatch is for or how to open it to access the inside. Any thoughts? Unfortunately, NuCamp has not responded to me….

Hi, You can pry that cover off and inspect. It's tied into the spring-loaded vent valve. There is a vent out the bottom of the tank to a corrugated pipe under your TAB. The vent opens when you push the tank into the compartment.
