Remove Norcold 2way fridge from 2014 T@b 320 Clamshell

Trying to remove Norcold NR740BB AC/DC fridge. Removed side screws and plastic grid underneath, and fridge slides easily until the two mounting rails underneath hit the deck of the bumper. The rails sit 1/8 to 1/4” below that deck, and there is not enough room at the top of the cabinet opening to lift the unit out. The rail seems to be secured by screws inserted through the bottom of the rail, making them inaccessible. An engineer friend who designs, builds and repairs equipment tried his hand at it, but cannot see a clear way to remove this fridge short of cutting out the cabinet panel above it. Any suggestions? Photos attached with green arrows indicating the obstruction.

First thing I'd try is to "manhandle" the fridge and see if it can be tilted enough to get it out. Otherwise remove the sill cover and see if that gains some space.

I took the fridge out of my 2014 CS-S 2 years ago. You do need to take the top plate off of the bumper to slide it out. As I remember, just removed a few screws, no big deal. I replaced mine with a Yeti cooler on heavy duty slide out. Love it!!

DM me if you have any trouble 😁
