Puzzled by Victron behaviour.

A month or so ago my phone showed both Smartshunt and Smartsolar working correctly. In fact they're still working correctly but I can't get the Smartsolar to show on my phone - only Smartshunt shows up.

The solar panel is providing power - the fridge has been on for a week and the battery shows 12.48 volts. (I'm not on shore power.)

Anybody know why I cannot see the Smartsolar app?

Any thoughts appreciated!

    I'm no expert but have you gone thru the troubleshooting steps they offer? I.e., clicked that blue link?

    Thanks for the suggestion, Gomers2. I had tried that to no avail.

    I ended up disconnecting the battery, forgetting the devices from my phone and removing the controller fuse. On re-assembling it all, everything is back to normal. Still don't know what caused the glitch!
