Haven refrigerator problem

Anyone else having trouble with their refrigerator in a New Haven 220 ?

We bought this trailer in July and had to take it back 1 week after we bought it because the fridge wasn’t working properly, it wouldn’t get below 45 degrees. The service technician at the Nucamp service center said he reset it by turning off the power and turning it back on and that it was fine, so we went camping a week later and it worked fine for one week and stopped working again so we went back to the service center and they put in a brand new fridge. Now the service center is 3 hours from our house so on the way home we stopped for lunch and when we went into the trailer the fridge wasn’t making a loud noise like a fan was running and beating against something, so we turned it off and turned it back on and the noise stopped, we ate lunch and went home and checked the next day and it was acting just like the old fridge and not cooling properly. I think it’s a wiring problem because you can hear the compressor kicking on and off over and over every 30 seconds like maybe a bad ground wire causing it to short cycle.
Any ideas?

Can you tell us exactly which fridge it is? The model number?

It's the same fridge as in the 400 beginning 2023 model years-4.6cf compressor type.

@JackyGleason do you know about the plastic sliding tab at the top of the fridge? With the fridge on the ground like it is, you wouldn't be able to see it. It's in the middle and catches the latch on the door. In one position, you can securely close the door for travel. Push it to one side and it prevents the door from closing tightly for storage. If it's not in the closed-tight-for-travel position, the fridge won't get cold enough and also creates frost real quick on the freezer.

it’s the isotherm 4.6 cubic foot compressor model which is the same one we had in our 2024 Tab 400 and that fridge worked perfectly fine for almost 3 years until we traded it in .
