TAB 360 =-= Seat Hinge Placement ?

While tire kicking a 2025 TAB 360S,
noticed what I would call a Build-Quality-Issue.

As the Rear passenger hinged back seat 'Hinge' appears to be incorrectly installed.

Hinge is too far forward?
Accessing the A/C unit (?) in space below will be an issue.
While correctly placing the hinge could result in very weak screw holes


[ If purchasing this specific trailer, how to resolve . . .
[ Perhaps fill old holes before placing new . . . or modify removable cover
