I replaced my jockey wheel with a new one with a pneumatic tire. The old one was still working but a little stiff. I'm sure it just needed some lube. It came from a 2008 Dutchman T@B. I have it available for free for anyone that wants to pick it up in Redmond, Oregon, or pay for shipping.
