Dave went out of his way to squeeze an appointment in, on a Saturday no less, for a warranty repair for me. I'm not his customer, I didn't buy from him, but he was kind enough to help. 

I want to make sure I give a credit where credit is due. This is the busy season for RV repairs in AZ because the snowbirds are getting ready to head home, scheduling those repairs before they go, and the locals are starting to camp.
