Jensen bluetooth Pairing

aa a  owner of a max s I did not get a manual for the Jensen stereo which has Bluetooth. How do I get that to pair with my iPad or phone?

Found the answer, just turn on Bluetooth and then hold the button in and it will send signal out

My Jensen loses the pairing and it's hit or miss to get it back.  This is my biggest complaint with my T@B.

Just did it myself 2 days ago.  Put the Jensen in BT for bluetooth mode, hold down the Search button for like 5 seconds and it will try to pair with your phone during the next 2 minutes.  My phone was not responding after several attempts so I deleted the prior Jensen entry on the phone to force it to start from scratch and it paired during the next attempt.  I concur, very frustrating sometimes.
