Another lock issue...

We are getting ready to install door handle lock #3 on our T@B that we have only owned for 2 years. This time, the deadbolt sheared clean off, leaving people that had borrowed our trailer unable to get out. Someone came and drilled the lock out and we will be installing the new one. 

The rest of the vehicle is so well made, the lock issue just stands out like a sore thumb. Anyone else having trouble with these things?

@Kats, what year is your T@B? Have you asked for help from the factory, Pleasant Valley? Normally one new lock fixes the problem. Possibly there is something wrong with the door alignment?  If you haven't reached out to Ed at the factory, he is an excellent source for troubleshooting.

Ed@nucamprv.com or look at the right side of this page under contact numbers and call Pleasant Valley, the factory. The warranty is for one year from the date of the first purchase, but even if your T@B is out of warranty, Ed will help. Be patient, he will get back to you.
