Need Help on T@B City Water Inlet

Tried to connect to city water last week and could not stop a leak at the T@B's wall connection. Looks like the wall inlet rubber washer has been chewed up. Can anyone recommend a source for the washers? It appears to be a lot softer rubber than a typical garden hose washer.

They are just regular hose washers.

Weird that the washer would be chewed up. 

At a good hardware store you should be able to find a 'soft rubber' (silicone based) hose washer. They're better than the old fashioned harder rubber ones'
