Counted at least 5 Tabs the last couple of days at Anza Borrego State Park. There may have been one more. Island Girl on the left, my unnamed Tab, and Turquoise Rose on the right.
Nice to meet you pthomas745! Other T@B owner said she hasn't been on the forum, but intends to soon. BTW, although it took me too many attempts at getting into #113, I finally did it. That narrow road with rocks and bushes along the side made it extra difficult. I like that area but think if I come again I'll try the sites in the 60's (paved and seemed easier to get into).
PXL - do you know who is headed this way? I'm here until Tues.
Michele, Tucson, AZ. TV - '13 F150 & '16 T@Bitha special order.
You never really travel alone. The world is full of friends waiting to get to know you!
It was very nice meeting you, too. I do wish I could have produced a better photo....enjoy your slight chance of rain today and tomorrow. The deserts always look nicer with a slightly cloudy background. And, in Borrego Springs, try the "eggs in a basket" over at Calicos............
We got a pretty good rain with lots of wind last night. It's partly cloudy today - and yes, I love the smell of the desert when it rains. Went to see all the metal sculptures today - really cool! Tomorrow head out to LaQuinta.
