Nissan Frontier 4.0 V6 mod

Just installed one of the better mods on my Tow Vehicle.  2016 Nissan Frontier crew cab with 4.0 v6.  Same for the pathfinder with the 4.0.  I find the stand configuration to gain power at 3000 rpm which with our gearing in 4th is around 2000 + rpm at 60 mph..  I installed the intake manifold spacer from XTP.  I had it on our 2007 pathfinder and it really made a change.  Gave that added amount of boost I wanted.  Have not towed our T@B yet but this gives me the same boost I got with the Pathfinder.  If interested, check their web site and watch for a group buy to save some money.  search for XTP and IMS.  Very well made machined aluminum and several color choices.  Good company to deal with.

Atlasb- anything performance upgrades seem to be noticable on the Nissan's. A customer had a cat back 2.5" exhaust system done and added a drop in K&N filter and was amazed. I just installed the Sprintex stage 2 Supecharger to our JKU Wrangler and re geared it to 4:88. Its a towing machine now! 390 rwhp after the custom tune. I recommend this to anyone T@B towing with a Wrangler

I did see a difference and I had already installed the K&N drop in filter.  the cat back exhaust is a little rich for us just yet.  Waiting on the 400 to come in shortly and get it all set up.
