Just got off the phone with nuCamp and asked them about awnings that are available for the 400. They carry the Walker Awning (http://www.walker-awnings.co.uk/product/special-awnings/tab/), which you purchase through nuCamp (they said they'll have a link on their website in the near future). Also, they do not work with TearDropShop anymore.
Since the Walker, which is made in the UK, fits this 400 AND the European 400, I wonder if Isabella awnings would also fit (I asked nuCamp and they did not know; in fact, they were not familiar with the Isabella awning http://www.broadlane.co.uk/awnings/isabella/isabella-tb-l400-awning-2017 ).

Cool looking for sure but it should be for 1703.26 US Dollar Plus, the awning is simple to set up, with a FixOn II screwless system that secures the awning to the caravan.

Not sure this is the right part but if it is, it says that they attach to a small line of beading that runs parallel to the awning beading with a simple clamp design. Doesn't look like there keder rail the same style as ours.

I was wondering about the Keder rail, as well. I am also not sure if that beading slides into the Euro T@B 400 rail for the Isabella clamps. So many questions!

Just bought the T@B 400 Walker awning made in Holland by the way not UK) from NuCamp. The test set up took a little time may be 2 hours. We know the tricks now. The keder is actually two keder cords, a big one (minimum 8MM For the US T@B 400) and a small one for the clamp to be attached to roof adjustable aluminum rods. Good looking awning. Can be used as a tent or a regular canopy without front and sides (zipped off)

@knoxville1915  Good morning  I just purchased the Walker from Allproadventurs.
I was also curious about the keder rail on the 400 since it is a continuous run in the front and the draught skirt on the other side of the fender?  Did you have to widen the keder rail with a special tool? Thank you

@sorenpnj  Good  morning,   Just purchased the Walker also from All pro adventures and was curious about the keder rail on the other side of fender for the draught skirt and the front of the 400 since the keder rail is a continuous run?  I am kind of in a learning curve.  Thank you
