Is There a New Front Bike Rack Available for Outback?

I noticed  a posted video on you tube  where the plant according to the speaker in the video is offering a new front area tandem bike rack to fit the 2018 Outback. My unit is a 2017 Outback but I feel it would still fit. Has anyone seen this video or does anyone have info on it? I emailed NuCamp but I'm not sure I sent the email to the correct place since the changes.

2018 factory tour videos (with Mandy Lea) are linked in the top menu at nucamprv.com. See Photos & Videos, Videos, 400 and Outback 320. 2 minutes in on the Outback video is the front bike rack. It mentions handling one or two bikes, but not a tandem necessarily. Perhaps that is possible depending on distance between wheels and where the frame is clamped.
