Great customer service from nu Camp

We had been on the road for 6 weeks in our new T@B 400. In Nova Scotia we discovered the Alde could not get the temperature in the salon above low 60’s. I emailed Austin at nu Camp regarding our problem. He then scheduled an appointment to correct the problem around our time line as we were headed back to Minneapolis, Minnesota. Austin found that the glycol line was kinked and not allowing the  hot glycol to reach the radiator vents in the front, sides and bathroom. No more issues with heat. While we were in Sugar Creek we had a tour of the nu Camp facility.Very impressive! We were also very impressed with all the employees we met especially Elsie Miller and Austin.
