ARB Fridge Freezer Wiring Kit & Threaded Socket Install

I completed my ARB Fridge Freezer Wiring Kit & Threaded Socket Install last night and I was surprised to find out how much wire gets eaten up under the hood. It's a 20ft (6m) of double insulated 8 gauge (6mm) auto cable. I had two possible locations for it; one was on the back of the center console that faces the second row seating; The other was to run it all the way to the back of the car and mount it on the wall in storage area behind the third row seating. To reach this area I would need to have purchased two sets and spliced them together. As it was, mounting it in the center, the 20' cable only had about 4' extra. I think the middle of the car is really the best position for it, so it all worked out. Needless to say I was shocked to find out that a 20' cable was ultimately about 10 short on a 15.5' car.
