Jansen won’t play cd music

hey all!
We have a 2015 T@B Max Q and we can’t get music CDs to play.  When we insert a disk the screen just saying “loading” and won’t grab it and play.
We have no problem playing DVD movies. 
Anyone else experience this?  I searched the files and haven’t seen any posts on it.

...are you sure the cd isn’t damaged? Have you tried more then one cd?

Yes we tried several cds.
