Finally good weather

Finally weather good enough to hitch up the T@b and go camping! Like many of you in the north, winter just did not want to let go of Michigan this year but it finally has. We are heading out for the first camp of the year! Not going too far, about an hour away to a very pretty State park right on Lake Huron. We have a site that is right on the water. No swimming- the water is way too cold for that but it will be great to sit there and watch the water and relax. The park is a designated dark sky park so the telescope is going too.

Anybody else getting the first trip out this weekend? Where are you going?

The Eta Aquarids meteor shower is happening May 4-7. Sounds like you'll be in a good spot for viewing. Have fun.
