Can you reserve campsites at National Parks during shutdown

Can you reserve campsites for later in the year at  National Park Reservation Service during the shutdown?

Check out https://www.recreation.gov/

They have some info on the shutdown.  I didn't actually try to reserve a site, but it looks functional. Please post your findings.
