Iowa - Kudos to dealer Front Range Gear

My wife & I did our maiden voyage with our new T@B320S, 2018 this past week and found out the Alde system just thru a "red failure overheat" message. System would not even turn on. We bought the T@B from P____RV in Salt Lake City, who never checked out anything. It was cold in Flagstaff, AZ and calling the dealer in SLC didn't help. Walking around the campground (KOA) we found new owners of a T@B 320 Boondock and Trevor was with them. Trevor offered to take a look and within 15 or 20 minutes had the Alde up and running. If you're looking to purchase a new NuCamp product, I highly recommend looking Trevor up!!!!! The next morning it was 31 degrees and we were warm in our new T@B.

Doesn't say much about the SLC dealer tho'.  What was wrong with the alde?

Welcome. Are you referring to the Front Range Gear in Anamosa, IA? Great people. Small place out in the middle of a corn field, an hour from us. We were going to buy from them, but ended up with something previously owned.
