Grill/Accessory Rail

Hello Folks -  I’m getting ready to purchase a 2020 Tab 400 Boondock Lite camper and would like to know if anyone has mounted a grill or accessory rail on the side of their Tab camper?  If so, what issues were their when mounting this rail?  Was mounting the rail a simple or complicated procedure?

Somebody, either here or one of the FB groups. mounted a rack to the tongue (or it just hung from the tongue, I don't remember.) And it was used for various cooking items, not used while being towed.
