TV Sound Stops Working Through Jensen System

Seems things are going from bad to worse.  After not being able to read any DVDs, I hooked up an external TV antenna, turned on the Jensen, set the mode to “HDMI”, and let the TV scan for channels.  The TV found channels and started playing through the Jensen system’s speakers.  All was good.  Then there was a loud static sound over the speaker and the audio from the TV stopped.  Can’t get it back.  The radio mode works and speakers work for it, but no audio from the television.  Any ideas?

When mine quit, the dealer reset the head unit twice and it started working again (this also resolved DVDs not playing, btw.) HTH.
