Tell me what you use your inverter outlet for?

    If you were camping without electricity, you could charge your laptop since the inverter creates a pure sine wave charge, one that is steady and will not harm sensitive electronics. 

    For a a short period of time, you can use a coffee maker, a slow cooker, a hair dryer. Anything that produces heat should be used sparingly, and used during the daytime so your solar panels can recharge the batteries.

    Thanks Verna, seems like most anything we would use can be ran on 12 volts. From what I understand an inverter is not very efficient.

    Oh, when there’s an IU Men’s Basketball game on, and I use an inverter for the satellite receiver, I think the inverter is extremely efficient ;)
