  Thanks @Verna, but I’d like to see what it looks like, how it works and how much it is before I bother Elsie. I’m not sure why they don’t put it on their website.

  nüCamp doesn’t list everything on their website. You can call Elsie and get the dimensions, cost and she may have a photo. Just calling her doesn’t obligate you to purchase.

  By the way, @DavidLM, I had the wonderful opportunity to help Elsie fill a few orders while I was at üCamp18. It was after dark, and it was quicker for me to take her to the factory in my truck rather than her taking her horse and buggy. Elsie knows where everything is in that factory, down to which screw is needed for which item. She even gave me precise instructions on where to find one item while she went to get other items. She is an extremely knowledgeable lady, and she freely gives her knowledge to others. She’ll take care of you.

  @DavidLM, I have to echo the words from @Verna on this one. A customer experience with Elsie (and Awesome Elsie is an understatement) is one that will leave you with that "Why isn't everyone's attitude like Elsie's?" experience. I've had the absolute pleasure of dealing with her on more than one occasion, and when I hung up the phone, I had a big satisfying smile on MY face!

  @DavidLM Hello and Happy New Year.  I bought a 320 Boondock Lite earlier this month and camp quite a bit in dusty places (it is Arizona, after all) and am interested in the cover for the A/C vent your post mentioned.  Did you ever get one and, if so, does it work?

  @DesertDweller hello and Happy New Year to you also. Unfortunately, I did not get a vent cover as yet. I wanted to fashion a cover similar to that in the accompanying photo, but I could not find the j hooks required to fast it to the vent.

  This is the NU Camp vinyl cover with 4 added snaps installed on our 2018 400.  I had one like it on our 2013 320 Q Maxx with the cool cat AC.

  They are called j bolts from Lowe’s. I used rubber washers under the metal washers and wing nuts to snug the cover up to the vent. So far lasted 2 years and yes, that is my trailer.

  @DesertDweller, if you look near the bottom of this page, you can see our DIY tight-fitting waterproof cover that uses built-in strong magnets to hold it tightly in place..
