Replacement Part Source

the outside white plastic vent cover for my 3-way frig blew off a week ago. Do icontact NuCamp direct or my original dealer on the other side of the country to get a replacement? It sounds like people typically call someone (Ingrid?) at NuCamp.

    If I am not mistaken, those vents are generic, might be able to grab one at any RV dealer with a parts department? As much as the NuCamp products have unique design and shape and better construction, the stoves, fridges, sinks and many of the other parts are bought from the same suppliers almost all RV makes purchase from. Lippert components makes a ton of RV parts for instance, some like the frame is custom made for NuCamp, other stuff not so much.
