Alde Analog Control Panel - How can you tell if it's dead?

Alde is not working. Two 3.15A glass fuses are good. (I am not going to perform surgery for the thermo fuse).  Everything else in the rig works.  Is there a way to test if the analog panel is the culprit? Multimeter instructions for dummies?
