Wheel/Rim bolt pattern

What is the 16" rim bolt pattern for the 2006 T@B? It looks like 5 x 105mm but that seems to be a very rare size along with the 5 x 100mm.

On our 2007 Dutchman with AlKo axle it is 5 on 112 mm pattern.

Does anyone know the center bore? I had the pattern question as well and hoped it would be a 5x108 although the axle would still need rework to fit the same size tires as TV. It would be a nice bonus to use the same spare as TV.
