Light over the kitchen

We have a 2018 320S and the light over the kitchen went out almost immediately . Nucamp sent me a new one which I installed and it worked for a little while and then it too failed . Anyone else had problems with this light ?

    Not in the kitchen, but recently our bathroom light has been acting weird.  When I push the button, it flickers on briefly, but doesn't stay on.  When I push it again, same thing happens, or maybe nothing.  Sometimes it will stay on, but not often.  Very weird.
