Here is the completed mod.
Diamond plate aluminum installed forward of tub, stainless dog bowl with threaded rod hole the propane bottle in place, I purchased a longer propane hose to accommodate the routing down under the front and back up to the valve.
Twin 6-volt 208 Ah batteries placed in the tub with two extra propane bottles fit snugly between the battery boxes as noted from a previous post.
The bike rack mount works great, I was able to install a small PVC pipe on the mount to hold our jack handle, drilled a hole for a D clip to prevent it from falling out.  
I removed the original 4" PVC fence post and upgraded to a 6" after purchasing a sewer hose set-up with elbow that was a little too snug for the smaller post

    I believe we have the same bike rack but I had to mount the support brackets in front of the tub. Much prefer your install- did you modify the rack in some way? Photos if possible!

    @SeattleAlan- Google Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk. We really like this rack as it allows us to easily move our bike carrier from the t@b to our TV for trips to the trail.

    @norwood - Great!  Thank you for the intel.  It looks like it allows the bike rack to be hugged closers to the trailer to to ensure there is room bw the TV and Tab?  Does it interrupt your access to the propane box? 

    I was looking at Up N Front as well (https://upnfront.com/)  But I'm not sure this rack allows for enough room with a standard 2" hitch bike rack that I already have for the car alone.  Up N Front mounts forward of the propane box.

    Yes, there is adequate clearance between the bikes and TV but you will need to verify with your specific bike carrier. I can raise the tub lid enough to turn gas on and off but need to remove the rack crossbar to replace tanks-not a big issue. Only complaint is I can’t raise the tailgate on our Santa Fe TV when the bikes are mounted.
