Extra Storage Behind Speakers

Never used the Jensen speakers and thought the extra storage space behind the speakers might come in handy.  Came up with this solution. Looks like the stock speaker:


But turn the speaker grill counter-clockwise . . . 


And it revels the area behind the speaker:


The grill is modified to look like the original speaker from the front.
But from behind . . .

You must destroy the speaker for this mod, but it was worth it.  That round silver thing in the center was cut out of the stock speaker and glued to a piece of file folder painted flat black.  It's then wedged in the grill opening and secured with foam.
