@Dalehelman I am interested in this mod you did with the Harbor Freight Cargo Rack.  1.  What/where did you do extra welding?  2. Did you have to use a special drill bit to drill through the frame?  3. Your original post said you had to do some cutting.  What did you have to cut?   4. How much weight do you think you put on each side in the totes?  and
5.  Does it get in the way of your dump handles or the dump pipes?  Do you have to get down on the ground to reach them or attach your dump hoses?
