prgrammable 12v timer with cigarette plug/socket?

Anyone aware of a plug and play 12v timer switch? I'm looking for something that would plug into a standard 12v socket and include a programmable timer to control power to a standard 12v socket. I just want to use it to control some LED lighting when 110v isn't available. I've seen kits and such but nothing already put together.

I know I could do a small inverter -> 110v timer -> 12v adapter but I'd rather have an all 12v solution.

Yes, there is at least one 'complete' unit on the market.
Very expensive. Expect you'll save $$$ and have more fun making one from a kit or piece parts.

Yeah that one is $$$ I'd do the 12->110->12 thing instead.

As an alternative, how about plugging a USB adapter into your 12volt socket and getting USB powered lights with a timer function?
